Downloads are available via email, in zip format and are usually processed immediately, once payment has been received, they will be available for download up to a limit of 5 times and within a five day time period, after this the downloads will no longer be accessible.
Due to the nature of our products no refunds are given.

CLIPART some of the Clipart located on this site has been purchased from Resale Clipart, as we are a licensed client able to resell their graphics. Please read our terms of use on how our clipart can be used

What is NOT allowed

   1. You may NOT sell our clipart AS IS meaning you must create something with our clipart such as websets, crafts, embroidery, candy wrappers.
   2. You may NOT recolourize or change our clipart in any means
   3. You may NOT sell our graphics for RESELLING Purposes.

What is allowed

   1. You may use our clipart collections in your digital scrapbooking kits and creations, paper packs and elements, web design, web services, crafting, candy wrappers, embroidery, patterns
   2. You may use our clipart to create printables or crafting projects

We MUST be given credit to our site for the clipart used to make your creations you may give us credit in one of the following ways:

   1. By giving us credit on your artists and credits page for example "Thanks to Busy Bee Clipart for the clipart used to create our designs http://www.busybeeclipart.com"
   2. You can give us credit in your description area
   3. You can give us credit on the bottom of your pages with our URL link, just right click and save as.

If you have any problems at all with your order please contact us immediately so we can remedy this problem quickly.

By purchasing any of our products you are agreeing to use it for your own personal use and you must not copy or distribute it in any format. However you can use the printed images to make and sell your own hand crafted cards.
